Constructed of steel-reinforced poured concrete, only the outer shell remains. The once grand interior has been gutted by fire and stripped of anything of value. The staircase leading to the second floor and rear loading platform has been reduced to a steel frame covered by loose wood planks. Though unused for decades this colossal structure still has beauty. This building is very deserving of a second life.
