1. Beverly Shores, IN

On the corner of U.S. Highway 12 and Broadway next to the South Shore train station.

The Rolling Stonebaker, my new favorite roadside attraction; a food-truck serving up wood-fired pizza from a brick oven mounted in a 1949 Studebaker firetruck. Traditional and specialty flatbread pizzas accompanied by great atmosphere and excellent service.

Jim Chaddock, co-creater of The Rolling Stonebaker (with his wife Andrea) offered me the Veggie Bruschetta..It tastes as fantastic as it looks.

The 1949 Studebaker 2R16, retrofitted not only with a brick oven but a three-basin sink, retractable awning, refrigerator, and generator. He has a twin brother too, both used for catering events.

Check out http://www.rollingstonebaker.com/ for full menu and information.
